SB326-Deck Inspections

We have upcoming mandatory deck inspections required by the California legislature under SB326. These inspections are crucial to ensure the structural integrity and safety of our community’s exterior elevated elements.

Start Date: July 1, 2024

Projected Completion Date: July 3, 2024

Please clear all items from your patio/deck that may obstruct the placement of ladders and inspection tools. FIG (Focused Inspection Group LLC) will not be liable for any damages to personal items left on patios/decks during testing.

Inspections will be conducted from the exterior using extension ladders.

  • Ensure your curtains are closed for privacy.

Minimal noise is expected, but please plan accordingly and notify any tenants.

Inspections will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
