Parking is NEVER allowed in the fire lanes and can result in a fine.

• Please drive slowly and keep alert while driving through the neighborhood. The weather is nicer and more kids (and adults) are playing outside.
• Washing cars is not allowed in the community
• If you have a concern the best way to communicate is through Management’s email.
• If you receive a violation notice and would like to contest it, the proper course of action is to email management at lthomas@actionlife.com Make sure to explain in detail why you would like to have it dropped. The board will review at the next scheduled Board meeting and send you a written response to their decision for all written contestations.
