Clubhouse Lawn Restoration Project is currently underway. The HOA kindly asks all residents to refrain from allowing dogs on the clubhouse turf during this time. Keeping the pets off the turf, will help protect the new grass and ensure the restoration efforts are successful.

We would also like to remind pet owners to always clean up after their pets and carry dog waste bags with them at all times. ‘Dog Waste Bags are available to all owners and located in Dog Waste Bag Stations throughout the community.

One is located at the west end of Hollyhock Drive, two at the clubhouse (east and west side) and another at the East end of Benton at Creole.

The clubhouse lawn restoration project is expected to be completed within 30 to 60 days, your cooperation is essential in helping us maintain and beautify our community.
